Project governance (roles, decision making, continuity, security contact) is maintained in GOVERNANCE.md at the repository root. That file is the canonical copy for OpenSSF Best Practices and GitHub discovery; this page links to the same content because MkDocs docs_dir cannot include files outside docs/.
